• Perform side work such as rolling silverware and bussing tables.
• Operate POS and handle guest checks per policy.
• Maintain menu knowledge to upsell with guests.
• Communicate issues to Manager on Duty and propose solutions.
• Support team with service cycle and responsibilities during shifts.
