Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
• Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work calmly under pressure and in fast-paced service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol; responsible alcohol service certification preferred.
• Flexible shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive bartending service in a high-volume setting.
• Engage with guests warmly and accurately take orders.
• Prepare drinks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team and maintain bar organization.
