Job summary

PopStroke is hiring a bartender for our Daytona Beach location. The role combines cocktail knowledge, guest service and efficient multitasking across dining and golf course areas, indoors and outdoors.

You will assist guests with the PopStroke app, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and support inventory. Must have prior high-volume bartending experience, weekend availability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and beverages.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Provide outstanding service and a memorable experience.
• Ensure cleanliness of all food and beverage areas.
• Prepare garnishes and stock supplies.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Comply with safety and state liquor laws.
• Handle cash and transactions.
• Collaborate with team for efficient service.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Other duties as assigned.
