Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a bartender to join its energetic team in Las Vegas. You will greet guests, explain menus, assist with the PopStroke mobile ordering app, and deliver drinks and food with a focus on a fun guest experience at both the restaurant and golf course.

The role requires prior bartending experience in busy environments, weekend availability, and strong communication and teamwork. Knowledge of POS systems is essential; smoking/typical attire guidelines apply as part of a lively

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding service and create a memorable, fun experience.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant, bar, gaming and related areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and notify the manager of shortages or discrepancies.
• Comply with safety and sanitation ordinances and liquor laws.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance drawers.
• Support outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
