Job summary

PENN Entertainment’s Sam Houston Race Park is seeking an energetic Bartender to deliver friendly, efficient beverage service during live racing, concerts, and events. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean bar, handle transactions, and ensure compliant service with TABC standards.

Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and knowledge of offerings.
• Operate POS and process cash, credit card, and other payments.
• Follow responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
