Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Medford, OR is hiring bartenders to deliver high-energy service at the bar. You’ll craft drinks, take orders, and engage guests to create memorable experiences, while ensuring compliance and a clean, well-stocked workspace.

Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced setting, be 21+, and willing to learn our procedures. This role includes full and part-time shifts with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and valid alcohol service certification.
• Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus and trainable.
• Friendly, outgoing, confident with Guests and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and compliance.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles as needed.
• Monitor bar inventory and control costs, track waste.
• Process guest payments per company procedures.
• Help limit problems from excessive drinking and take precautions.
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from Guests.
