Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Bartender to energize the front-of-house and deliver great drinks, food, and vibes each shift. You’ll create a lively atmosphere behind the bar, take orders, suggest drinks, and keep the bar stocked.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with Guests
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy settings
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Team player who’s ready to jump in and help
• Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements and comply with laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments
• Help limit problems related to excessive drinking
