Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking energetic bartenders to join our hospitality team in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.

You will prepare and serve beverages, ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies, and maintain bar cleanliness while handling cash and POS transactions in a Massachusetts setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with guests.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and restocking inventory.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
