• Make drinks to spec recipe and demonstrate responsible alcohol service.

• Check IDs for guests who appear under 30; maintain cash drawer balances.
• Direct guests and provide memorable experiences; keep bar clean and organized.
• Perform opening/closing duties; assist with side duties as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and suggestive selling to guests.
