Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners, LLC is hiring a bartender to prepare and serve drinks at our Las Vegas property. You will take food and drink orders, mix cocktails to established recipes, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

You will maintain a clean bar, handle payments, and upsell menu items. The role requires 1–2 years of bartending in resort or high-volume settings, flexible weekend availability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a resort, restaurant, or bar setting.
• Familiarity with mixing cocktails, pouring wine and beer, and using bar equipment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking food and drink orders and preparing beverages.
• Mix and garnish cocktails, record items in POS, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and orderly work area.
• Utilize menu knowledge and suggestive selling to maximize sales.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work tasks.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist management and co-workers as needed.
