Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for 10+ hours, walk stairs, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain composure and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and team.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes and policies.
• Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and lead by example.
• Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to serve/bartend.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Convey passion for beer and food as part of the hospitality experience.
• Assist with serving and bartending as part of a team.
• Ensure knowledge of menu items and food allergies; communicate effectively.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stay organized and keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Be punctual and ready to work for scheduled shifts.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards.
