Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example with service standards while performing duties.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.
• Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when GM is away.
