St. Moritz Security Services is seeking a High-End Retail Security Officer for the New York Regional Office. The role blends asset protection with high-end customer service in luxury retail environments, requiring professionalism, discretion and strong situational awareness.

The position offers 1st & 2nd shifts with rotating hours, based on availability up to 36 hours per week. Candidates should have NYS Security Guard license and 1–2 years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible yet discreet presence; greet clients and staff professionally.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sales areas to prevent theft or disruptions.
• Conduct routine patrols (sales floor, fitting rooms, stock areas).
• Respond quickly to suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies.
• Assist with store operations (opening/closing, alarms, escorts, deliveries).
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement.
• Support a safe, welcoming environment aligned with luxury brand standards.

Pay: $18 Per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Availability for 1st and 2nd shift

**Rotating Schedule | Hours depend on availability up to 36 hours per week.**

• Experience in luxury retail, loss prevention, or similar environments
• Candidates are encouraged to dress in business professional attire for the interview.
