Accurate Auto Group in Arizona is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our independent, family-owned shops in Lake Havasu City, Kingman, and Parker. Earn $80,000–$130,000+ with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work, in clean, well-equipped facilities with modern diagnostic tools and strong support.

You’ll bring 5+ years of repair experience, solid diagnostic and electrical skills, ASE certifications, and your own tools to a team that values quality workmanship and career

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Experience with engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brake and HVAC repair.
• ASE certifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Your own professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose difficult problems and work efficiently.
• Commitment to quality inspections and documentation.
• Pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose repairs.
• Repair engines, drivetrains, suspensions, steering, brakes and HVAC components.
• Document work and communicate with Service Advisors.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Our technicians consistently average 180–200 flagged hours per month. We’d rather show you the workload than simply tell you it’s there.
