Best Choice Roofing in Baton Rouge is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to help storm-affected homeowners recover while building rewarding, high-income sales careers. You will meet clients, inspect properties for damage, and guide them through roof restoration and insurance claims.

We are looking for competitive, coachable, and communicative individuals with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results. Training provided and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with canvassing, door-to-door sales, prospecting, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to company-provided leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Generate additional business through canvassing and door knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs, attics, and properties for storm-related damage (paid training provided).
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and available funding solutions.
• Work with insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the best possible outcome.
• Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
