Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with leadership support and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and safety compliance.
