Job summary

Equinox in New York is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to empower clients through tailored fitness programs and expert guidance, within premier club facilities. You will conduct assessments, design workouts, and support clients across in-person and virtual formats under leadership from two managers.

Eligible candidates hold a current Personal Training certification and CPR/AED; reimbursement options are available. Weekday and weekend in-person availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule of client appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
