You will learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts while following up with prospects and maintaining the sales database. The role requires two years of sales success (new home sales preferred), outstanding customer service and communication skills, and a valid SC real estate license and driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience (new home sales preferred).
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes and secure contracts following a proven sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers and analyze area competition; travel as needed (10%).
