Elliman Capital, a boutique mortgage banker, seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator for New York. This hybrid, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and a full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, BPL), with dedicated marketing support and a modern tech stack.

You will build and maintain a high-volume pipeline, leveraging established referral relationships and client-first consultative skills to close loans across New York and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license (or ability to obtain promptly) and clean regulatory record.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.
