Qualifications

• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with a client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans for New York clients.
• Collaborate with in-house underwriting, processing and closing teams.
• Maintain and manage a high-volume pipeline to meet deadlines.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on loan options and pricing.
