Integrity Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Agent in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on marketing the property, greeting clients, and professionally presenting community features to secure leases from qualified applicants.

The position requires excellent leasing and closing skills, strong computer and communication abilities, and the flexibility to work weekends. Bilingual Spanish is preferable to serve a diverse resident base.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent leasing and closing skills required.

Responsabilités

• Market the property and greet clients; present community features and benefits.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents and management.
• Process lease applications and verify information.
• Maintain showroom/model apartments and keep spaces “show-ready.”
• Communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and staff.
