CGC Home Services is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our high-performance team in Southeast Michigan. This role offers commission-based pay up to 20% of collected revenue per service ticket and a $10,000 retention bonus structured across the first 180 days.

Candidates will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and related equipment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Journeyman Plumber license or state/local credentials.
• Proven experience in residential service plumbing.
• Experience installing/servicing tankless water heaters.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform residential service plumbing calls and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, tankless water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend the best solution for the homeowner.
• Present repair and replacement options and sell plumbing work when appropriate.
• Generate revenue through completed service tickets while maintaining workmanship quality.
• Document completed work, recommendations, materials, and interactions.
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, management, and other team members.
• Collaborate with Water Treatment Division to identify opportunities.
• Mentor and develop less-experienced plumbers and technicians.
• Represent CGC Home Services professionally in the community and homes.
