Renewal by Andersen of Greater Sacramento is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to join the #1 name in windows. Target training starts January 15, 2027, and you’ll benefit from unmatched training and 100% company-generated leads — absolutely no cold calling.

You’ll serve Roseville, Sacramento, Redding and Shasta homeowners, visit for pre-qualified appointments, build rapport, present product solutions, and close deals with a proven process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and availability for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
• Build rapport, understand needs, and present product solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Use our proven sales process and tools to help close deals.
