Renewal by Andersen in the Redding area is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and present window replacement solutions. You’ll build rapport, learn the home improvement construction industry, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

With 100% company-generated leads—no cold calling— and paid training, you’ll have the support to succeed.
