Qualifications

• Two years of drain-cleaning, sewer-service, or plumbing-service experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve drain/sewer problems.
• Experience operating drain-cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, and hydro-jetting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential drain and sewer problems accurately and efficiently.
• Clear stoppages and restore proper flow.
• Operate drain-cleaning and diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare estimates and review pricing and service terms with customers.
• Complete service documentation and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers per company procedures.
