Qualifications

• Authorized to work in USA.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Responsibilities

• Drive dealership vehicle sales while meeting gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Develop personal income goals and strategies to achieve them.
• Maintain a prospect development and owner follow-up system.
• Review daily/weekly performance to optimize time and plans.
