Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify that work was performed and diagnosed correctly.
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information and scheduling data.
• Use telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
