Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• High level customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make informed recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information and complete tasks efficiently.
• Use phone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers and schedule service appointments.
