As a Sales Consultant, your income is driven by performance, with an expected annual range of $45,000 to $150,000. Competitive benefits, ongoing training, and a proven path for advancement are available across our network.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a desire to create exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features and warranty coverage.
