Marty's GMC Isuzu in Kingston, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to engage customers, identify needs, and guide them through the car-buying journey. You will become a product expert on new and used vehicles while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings with hourly pay, a 5-day work week, and a benefits package including health, dental, 401k, and vacation. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both one-on-one and over the phone.
• Persuasive with the ability to overcome objections during the sales process.
• Proficient in basic business math including percentages.
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Greet customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Assist customers to find a vehicle meeting their needs by asking questions and listening.
• Become a product specialist on offerings, packages and latest technology.
• Coordinate test drives and trade-in evaluations.
• Demonstrate features of new and pre-owned vehicles to enhance the sale.
