Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to complete applicable pre-employment screening.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable learning new technology and communicating with customers through phone, text, and email.
• Must be available to work a full-time retail sales schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our showroom and vehicle lot.
• Respond professionally and promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and customer messages.
• Learn our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram inventory, along with pre-owned vehicles.
• Understand customers' needs and help them select the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Create personalized walkaround videos and video messages for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM system.
• Work with dealership management to provide a professional, transparent purchasing experience.
• Develop relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Follow established sales processes and consistently work toward individual and team performance goals.
