Caesars Entertainment is seeking an attentive Guest Services Associate to welcome guests at the Gym and High Dive Pool Area Club. You will provide personalized service, assist with amenities, and promote retail offerings with a friendly, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities include keeping areas clean, supporting guest arrivals and departures, and knowing safety protocols; CPR training is preferred. This role requires English fluency and a strong guest-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR training preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.

• Maintains knowledge of guest arrivals and departures while selling products.
• Cleans gym and pool areas, restrooms; refills supplies to keep areas clean.
• Delivers amenities and refreshments; assists guests in using gym and lounge areas.
• Educates guests on outdoor offerings and retail items; refers to security in emergencies.

• Cleans general area, Gym and pool areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests (Keeping all restrooms clean and neat and making sure the Gym always is clean and tidy.
• Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.
• Educates and assists guests in the use of the Gym and Lounge areas and have knowledge of selling our outdoor offerings and all retail items.
• Calls Security if emergency arises.
• Always demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor

Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous Gym and Pool experience
• CPR training preferred
• Customer Service Skills with a very outgoing attitude
• Literate and fluent in English
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Additional Requirements

• Able to push/move towel carts weighing up to 100 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand
• Ability to occasionally lift to 60 pounds
• Ability to grasp, reach, bend, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
• Ability to hear and use visual inspection
• Ability to occasionally use a step stool
• Ability to occasionally tolerate extreme inside and outside temperatures
• Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment
