Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a capable warehouse associate to operate PIT equipment and manage high-shelf stock. You’ll move between storage and staging areas, loading and unloading trailers, labeling items, and ensuring accurate counts with RF scanners.

Role requires comfort at heights up to 40+ feet, adherence to safety rules, and dependable attendance. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with prior warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to transport, stow, and replenish inventory.
• Use cherry pickers to access high-bay racks up to 25–40+ feet with fall protection.
• Load/unload trailers, label products, build boxes, and relocate items across storage.
• Operate RF scanners and touchscreen systems to maintain real-time inventory.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow URBN safety protocols.

Day in the LifeAt sunrise, you gear up and complete a quick pre-shift inspection of your equipment, clip into your fall-protection harness, and sync your RF scanner. From there, you’ll move between storage and staging areas—sometimes 25–40+ feet in the air—selecting and transporting items that keep our North American customers stocked and satisfied. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team, communicate clearly, and keep safety at the center of every move.ScheduleWednesday – Saturday, 5:00am–3:30pmWhat You’ll DoOperate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT): Safely run forklifts, cherry pickers (order pickers), walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks to transport, stow, and replenish inventory.Work at Height: Use cherry pickers to pick and stow product on high-bay racks at elevations up to 25–40+ feet while following OSHA and fall-protection requirements.Inbound/Outbound Flow: Load and unload trailers, label products, build boxes, and relocate items across storage locations.Use Warehouse Tech: Operate RF scanners and touchscreen systems to execute tasks and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, orderly workspace; complete pre-shift equipment checks; and follow all URBN safety protocols and operating guidelines.What You BringAge: 18 years or older.Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.Experience: Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.Team & Communication: A collaborative mindset, clear communication, self-motivation, and reliable follow-through.Availability: Dependable attendance with flexibility for overtime, weekends, or extended shifts during peak periods.Physical DemandsComfort and capability working at heights up to 40+ feet while continuously wearing required PPE, including a body harness and lanyard.Able to stand and walk throughout large facilities for the full shift.Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for items up to 50 lbs., in varied sizes and shapes.Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and maneuver around machinery and multi-level racking systems.Coordinated movement skills to safely operate material handling equipment in narrow aisles and elevated environments.Proficiencycherry pickerfork lift experienceReach TruckDock Stocker
