Job Duties

• Operate Crown forklifts, cherry pickers, and order picker equipment to stock and retrieve inventory from high-bay racking systems
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely
• Pick, pull, and stage products to fulfill customer orders accurately
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and inventory records
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Support daily distribution center operations handling facility service products such as paper goods, cleaning supplies, soap, and related inventory
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team productivity

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow workplace safety procedures

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Crown forklifts, order pickers, cherry pickers, or similar warehouse equipment
• Previous experience with inbound and outbound warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Experience operating equipment at elevated heights preferred
• Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as required, including extended shifts during peak seasons
