Qualifications

• ACCT Level 1 Certification completed.
• Canopy Tour Training completed.
• First Aid and CPR certification valid.
• Must be 21+ or have two years of college.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise a safe High Adventure program.
• Evaluate camper and staff skill levels and abilities.
• Implement progressive and challenging activities for campers.
• Evaluate program success and develop changes as needed.
• Maintain canopy tour equipment and rope logs.
• Train staff during pre-camp and ensure safety procedures.
• Ensure ACA High Adventure Standards are met.
• Communicate with High Adventure staff and program director.
• Oversee canopy tour expeditions and schedules.
• Daily equipment checks and maintenance reporting.
