Job summary

Berrien Oaks Nursing & Rehab - Nashville, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity care team. The role features 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) and a new base pay of $45 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Ideal candidates hold a Georgia RN license and CPR certification, with strong communication and analytical skills. You will supervise CNAs, document care in PCC, and ensure safety and quality for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess high-acuity residents, ensuring top-quality care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures (vitals, injections, treatments, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
• Provide immediate care in emergencies.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Foster a compassionate, supportive environment for residents and families.
• Continue professional growth through workshops and training opportunities.
