Job summary

Berrien Oaks Nursing & Rehab – Nashville, GA is seeking Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced, high-acuity care team on 12-hour shifts. You will monitor residents, perform assessments, and administer medications while coordinating with physicians and the broader care team.

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess high-acuity residents, ensuring top-quality care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, treatments).
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
• Provide immediate care in emergencies.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Foster a compassionate, supportive environment for residents and families.
• Continue professional growth through workshops and training opportunities.
