BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs in Camden County. The role offers float pool flexibility with schedule predictability, guaranteed weekly pay, and a weekend premium of $50/hour for qualified pediatric cases.

Responsibilities include delivering advanced pediatric nursing care, assisting with hospital-to-home transitions, training other nurses, and covering critical openings

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in NJ.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric experience.
• Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

This position offers premium pay for weekend commitment - $50/hr for qualified pediatric nurses.

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs. This role offers the unique combination of float pool flexibility with schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay. You will deliver care across our high-acuity pediatric cases, assist new clients with hospital to home transition, train nurses and cover critical openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.

Guaranteed Hours & Schedule Terms

• Predictable Hours with a set schedule.
• Advance Notice to maintain work-life balance.
• Protected Compensation: If a scheduled client cancels or has a shift reduction, your pay remains intact while you remain available for alternative clinical reassignments.
