Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty, in-home care with a focus on one client per day. You will assess, document, and implement plans in the client home, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

You will travel to client homes, follow physician orders, and communicate findings to families and BAYADA staff while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with licensure in good standing.
• Ability to perform focused in-home, one-on-one patient care.
• Accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home for daily care with autonomy.
• Follow orders and document progress and changes in patient condition.
• Provide hands-on nursing care and monitor client milestones.
• Collaborate with families and office staff for quality care.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$27-$35/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
