Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands region seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team for 1:1 client care.

As a full-time RN, you will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, perform assessments, document care, and support families. We offer paid orientation, flexible scheduling, and generous benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state (PA)

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$27-$35/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
