Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team serving pediatric and adult clients in private duty home health settings in the Laurel Highlands area. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care with flexibility to fit client needs.

We offer onboarding, paid orientation, and opportunities for training, with a focus on one-on-one client care and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and diploma or transcript
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
