Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana is seeking a High-Acuity Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide intensive nursing care for complex patients at our Crown Point, IN facility. The role includes ventilator monitoring, advanced wound management, and close RN supervision to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We require an Indiana LPN license, current BLS and ACLS, and a nursing background in high-acuity settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Active Indiana LPN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in high-acuity settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care for high-acuity patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and manage care for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
