Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Hancock Campus) in Greenfield, IN is seeking a High-Acuity Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time shifts. This LTAC-style facility delivers advanced nursing care to ICU-level patients with a focus on teamwork and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Experience: Prior high-acuity nursing experience preferred (ICU/Step-down).
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive patient outcomes.
