Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Data & Analytics Leader (Director) to manage strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and shape Data & AI solutions.

The role collaborates with CDOs, data leaders, sales, architecture, delivery teams, and hyperscaler partners. The candidate will drive client-facing consulting engagements, RFP responses, and solutioning across Data Modernization, AI, Governance, and BI consolidation, with a focus on account growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data & AI consulting.
• Strong client-facing, consulting experience.
• Experience with RFPs, opportunity creation, solutioning, and account growth.
• Strong understanding of Data Modernization, AI, Data Governance, Data Products, Data Marts, and Analytics Modernization.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with CDO, business, and data leadership and act as a trusted client advisor.
• Identify client pain points and convert them into Data & AI opportunities and pipeline.
• Support RFPs, proposals, PoVs, and consultative solutioning.
• Develop solution approaches for Data Modernization, AI, Data Governance, Data Management, and BI Consolidation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, CoEs, and technology partners to respond to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and account growth.
• Partner with AWS, Azure, GCP and other hyperscalers on solution development.
