Roskam Foods in Kentwood, MI is hiring a Hi-Lo Operator to load, unload, and move materials across the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, stage line materials, and ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 6 months forklift experience, High School diploma or GED, and familiarity with RF Smart or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Roskam offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and other benefits.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts and lifting devices to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
• Inspect loads for accuracy and move to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload materials from pallets, skids, or carts.
• Position lifting devices under/around pallets and secure for transport.
• Weigh materials and record weights on tags/labels.
• Follow FIFO and forecast line needs to maintain materials.
• Inspect equipment/areas for defects and report issues.
