Job summary

Rishabh RPO in Pontiac, MI is seeking a reliable Hi-Lo Driver / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will operate forklift to move, load, unload, stage, and organize materials with accuracy and safety.

The role requires following OSHA safety procedures, performing pre-shift inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and coordinating with production, shipping, and receiving teams.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Hi-Lo or forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read labels, part numbers, and material documentation.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Adherence to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi-Lo/forklift safely to move materials, pallets, and finished products.
• Load and unload trucks ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Transport materials between warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving areas.
• Stage materials according to production and shipping requirements.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety policies and SOPs.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed.
