Job summary

QPS Employment Group in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a Hi-Lo forklift operator for the 2nd shift. The role requires prior Hi-Lo experience and involves unloading/loading trucks, moving materials, and supporting the QA process.

Position Title: Hi-Lo Forklift operator

Wage: $19.50/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:15pm-11:45pm Monday-Friday (May have to train on 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm)

We are currently seeking candidates with prior sit-down forklift/Hi-Lo experience for an open position in North Kansas City, MO.

This is a potential to hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

Hi-Lo Forklift operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Use Hi-Lo truck to unload/load trucks with materials
• Move materials around warehouse to prepare for orders
• Bring pallets to QI team for processing
• Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment as required
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work areas and operate in a manner that promotes safety

Hi-Lo Forklift operator Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
• Previous Hi-Lo experience required
• Ability to sit and stand for an entire shift
• Ability to bend and twist
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have great attendance
• Must return from breaks on time
• Must have good attention to detail and hand-to-eye coordination to distinguish defective items
• No cell phones allowed on warehouse floor (leave in locker or car)
