Job summary

Kent Quality Foods is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Jamestown, MI. You will oversee cycle counting, material handling, order picking, loading shipments, receiving, and data entry tasks in Business Central. You’ll train new staff, address equipment and safety issues, and monitor on-time shipments.

The role requires operating a reach truck and sit-down forklift, with training provided on the pallet restacking robot. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation, cycle counting, data entry, and team leadership are essential.
• Experience coordinating shipments and using ERP software is a plus.

Kent Quality Foods, a family-owned business and an established leader in the food industry is now hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor.

We are looking for someone that will help lead our second shift warehouse team. This person would be trained to help with cycle counting, material handling, order picking, loading shipments as well as, receiving. They will need to be able to operate a reach truck and a sit-down forklift and will be trained on how to operate a pallet restacking robot. This person will be completing some data entry tasks, working with our computer software (Business Central) and help schedule shipping appointments. This leader would also be helping to train new team members, address and help mitigate equipment, safety and teams member issues, as well helping to monitor the process insuring that shipments are on time and picked 24 hours in advance.
