Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for Store 192 on the 3rd shift. This part-time role involves delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will handle shakes, cones, and other DipSide items, operate the POS and gas console, and ensure accurate transactions while stocking merchandise and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Part-time availability (25 hours or less per week).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and understood).
• Ability to handle cash, coins, and credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure they leave satisfied.
• Prepare DipSide items (shakes, sundaes, ice cream cones) and other offerings.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, including transactions and change.
• Maintain stocked shelves, dairy cases, and equipment to present a clean, inviting store.
• Maintain store safety, security, and proper cash handling procedures.
