Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Household Hazardous Waste Program Manager to grow the CleanPack and Treatment and Disposal business in the assigned territory. You will develop and execute a sustainable business plan by working in conjunction with the Regional Sales and Operations personnel.

Responsibilities include coordinating HHW collection events, resolving customer issues, maintaining relationships, and ensuring on-time execution and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Financial management, logistics or sales experience required.
• Knowledge of environmental statutes/regulations is preferred.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Background check, drug test and medical/physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Coordinate all aspects of HHW collection events and customer follow-ups.
• Meet with customers to proactively resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Assist in meeting billing goals and bridge sales to operations.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability across business lines.
• Ensure contracts and purchase orders are in place before execution.
